Just arrived in Uruguay and still looking for long-term housing? We can sometimes host people for their first days in Piriápolis. This is a personal arrangement with our family, not a hotel or a rental business.
The idea is to give newcomers a calmer start: meet our family, ask practical questions, understand the area and begin looking for permanent housing without having to solve everything during the first few hours after arrival.
When we moved to Uruguay, we did not have anyone here to meet us, explain how things worked or point us in the right direction. That is why we now sometimes help people who are only beginning the same journey.

We cannot host everyone and availability changes. Message us first and we will answer honestly about whether we can help and what would make sense. There is no fixed room price list and no “book now” button.

We’ll help you find a rental or a house to buy in Piriápolis and Maldonado: we’ll point out the good areas to live in and the ones not even worth looking at, come to viewings with you and talk to the owner in Spanish.
