Who runs the site
The site is run by Renat Sheikhov and his family, Piriápolis, Uruguay. For privacy questions, message @renat_uruguay on Telegram or email renat@sheikhov.com.
Visit statistics
To understand which articles people read and where they come from, the site records page views itself. No external services are used for this. For each view we store:
- the page address, its language and the date;
- where the visit came from: a search engine, social network, another site or a link tag (for example, utm_source=telegram);
- the device type — phone, tablet or computer;
- the country — determined from your IP address using a database stored on our own server (IP Geolocation by DB-IP). The IP address itself is not stored or sent anywhere;
- the text of an on-site search, if you searched for something;
- an anonymous daily visitor code. It is calculated from your IP address and browser with a secret key and changes every day. It can’t be turned back into an IP address or identify you — it only stops us from counting the same person twice in one day.
To tell people from bots, a couple of seconds after a page opens your browser sends the site a short “page opened” confirmation. If you tap Telegram or WhatsApp for consultations, the site records only the fact of the tap — not the conversation: the site doesn’t know what you wrote or whether you wrote at all.
Visits by search engines and other bots are counted separately, only by bot name and number of requests per day. Only the site owner sees the statistics. They are kept until deleted in the admin panel.
Comments
You can comment without registering and without an email address. We store the name you give, the text, the page, the language and the time. To fight spam we keep an encrypted code of your IP address — not the address itself. Comments are visible to everyone on the page. To edit or delete your comment, contact us.
Technical session
When you visit, the server creates a technical session that stores your IP address, browser details (user agent) and time of last activity. It protects forms against forged requests and is needed to log in to the admin panel. It lasts about two hours after your last action and is then deleted automatically.
The hosting provider may keep its own technical logs (such as request addresses and IPs) under its own rules — standard practice for protection against attacks and troubleshooting.
Cookies and browser storage
- session cookie — technical, about 2 hours;
- XSRF-TOKEN — protects forms against forged requests, about 2 hours;
- renat-theme in localStorage — your light or dark theme choice. It stays on your device and is never sent anywhere.
Only the site owner, after logging in to the admin panel, also gets a site_owner marker (for one year) so their own visits aren’t counted, and a site_preview marker during maintenance. Regular visitors never get these.
There are no advertising or third-party cookies. You can delete cookies and storage in your browser settings — the site keeps working, the theme just returns to dark.
Search and share buttons
Your search query is passed in the page address to show results and is recorded in the statistics without being linked to you — that’s how we see what people look for on the site. Share buttons are plain links to Telegram and WhatsApp; “Copy link” works inside your browser. The site doesn’t learn whom or where you sent anything.
Search engines and AI
When a new article is published, the site notifies search engines of its address (IndexNow protocol) so they find it sooner. Only page addresses are sent, never visitor data. Articles are open to search engines and AI services.
External services
The consultations page shows previews of our videos — these images load from YouTube’s servers (i.ytimg.com), so YouTube sees your IP address, as with any image request. The site links to YouTube, Telegram, WhatsApp and other services; once you follow a link, their own privacy rules apply.
Your rights
You can ask what data the site may have about you and ask us to correct or delete it. Message us on Telegram or by email. Statistics are anonymous, so finding a specific person in them is usually impossible; we can find a comment by name and approximate date.

If the site starts collecting other data, this page will be updated. It describes how the site actually works and is not legal advice.
